Famous Racist Tries to Buy Rams

rush-cigarNotorious racist, rampant drug addict, massive hypocrite, and overall terrible person Rush Limbaugh is trying to buy a minority stake in the St. Louis Rams.  But wait, I thought he hated minorities…?  Here are a few of the reasons why he shouldn’t be allowed to have any association with the NFL.

“The NFL all too often looks like a game between the Bloods and Crips without any weapons.  There I said it.”  Rush said, as if the rest of us with half a brain or any sense of common decency were thinking it.

“I think what we’ve had here is a little social concern in the NFL.  The media has been desirous that a black quarterback do well.”  Yes, because the liberal media is totally responsible for the awesome career stats of Warren Moon, Donavan McNabb, Steve McNair, Randall Cunningham, etc.

Truthfully, I think this is a natural progression for someone who claimed that drug addicts should be executed while he was illegally obtaining and addicted to synthetic heroin.  Now he gets the chance to own of a team full of “Bloods and Crips,” which apparently he should profit from financially.  Would that technically make him a gang leader, or just someone who bankrolls gang members?

Luckily, the Players’ Union, several players, and at least one owner, the Colts’ Jim Irsay, have come out to challenge his candidacy for partial team ownership.  Either his candidacy is going to get shot down, or the entire NFL is going to turn into a massive sh*t-storm any time a team goes to play St. Louis (let alone the problems with employees of the organization itself).  Stay tuned.

Racism by definition requires a demarcated power structure of some kind. The accused must rest at the top, or near the top of that power structure to be a confirmed racist. Rush Limbaugh clearly wields no power. In other words, not a racist.

So according to you, an individual can’t be racist unless he/she is part of whichever group has power?! Rush is white last time I checked! Besides, just making racist comments or using racist language in a non-joking manner makes someone a racist. Your definition just sounds like an excuse for someone to get away with saying racist things without actually being labeled a racist.

Looks like I should start adding a SARCASM label to all posts from here on out…

Forgive me for offending your liberal sensibilities

  • Also, Rush has millions of followers who would do his bidding without a moment’s hesitation. That’s power. And he abuses it constantly. Yes, racism requires a power structure, but he fits that profile in a number of ways.
