The Little Ninja That Could

picture-26In last night’s Mariners/Yankees game Ichiro Suzuki went 4 for 4, and ended the game with a walk-off homer off of the great Mariano Rivera.  That was the second game in a row that Ichiro had a walk-off hit, and it’s his third time this season.  I know that his greatness doesn’t really need to be dissected.  He’ll eventually be in the Hall of Fame and considered one of the great lead-off men and great outfielders of all time.  So I’m just going to say this: Ichiro is one of the most unique talents in the sport and does things with his rare skill set that few others can do, and none in the same way that he does.  So tune in, folks.  You won’t see a guy like him again for a long time, if ever.
