So NASCAR driver Jeremy Mayfield is a meth addict. He’s been caught twice with the drug in his system, and supposedly was high on meth during some races. His stepmother has given testimony that she’s seen him use meth around 30 times. He responded to those accusations by calling her a bitch and a whore, and saying that he has evidence that she murdered his father, whose death was ruled a suicide. He now plans on filing a wrongful death lawsuit against her, and is challenging NASCAR’s drug tests and its governing body. Now that’s the kind of backwoods, gun totin’, meth usin’, family feudin’ drama that their fans can empathize with. Nice marketing ploy NASCAR. May I suggest the following ad for this coveted demographic?
