Things We Like: Dogfish Head Beer

Like most people who like sports, I also like beer. I’m now 28 years old, and becoming a snob faster than I would like to admit. In other words, I’m trying to cut down on piss-water beer when I’m not playing drinking games (Jerm: mulligan on the other night. Three-dollar PBR’s are not a choice; they’re an obligation).

I live outside of the city in Greenwich, CT (perhaps a major reason I’m becoming a snob) and my local beer store has only about nine choices of beer. Luckily, many of those nine are assorted Dogfish Head brewed beers. I like them all. This stuff is good.

Just in case anyone reads this and thinks: “Why is this guy giving free advertising to a company?” My response is: go read Adbusters. But when you’re done, it would be cool if you came back and read this blog again.

    Just paid our first visit to Dogfish Head. We have become beer snobs a bit, too, since we’ve become acquainted with a good number of craft breweries. This isn’t free advertising: it is a statement of truth. The quality and originality of these beers is unparalleled!
