I am laying this out there. The Boston Red Sox need to sign Pedro Martinez. Why not? They’re winning , Henry’s rich, and Pedro is funny , care free, crazy, talented, wears tight white jeans, sometimes says amazing things about mango trees, and probably cough a few strikes over the plate every now and then.
What I am trying to say is the Red Sox are boring now. I don’t want “Idiot” level shenanigans but something other than Papelbon’s border line sociopath tendencies would be nice. Bring Pedro back and give the team some color! (Literally and Figuratively). Just think how much fun it would be, especially if he sucks and gets benched or delegated to the bullpen, can you imagine the things he would say? Mr.Henry bring my skinny, jheri curled friend home!
