The Other Fifteen

I’m a Yankees fan. And like every Yankees fan, I like Derek Jeter for reasons I don’t think I need to go into, as they will be incredibly repetitive and derivative. Also like many other Yankee fans, I am often disenfranchised with the way the team is run. Jeter is in the final two years of his a 10-year $189 million dollar contract. In recent years, the Yankees have not dealt well with their aging managers and players, guys other guys like to call “real Yankees”. That bullshit aside, here is my point: if the Yankees do not handle this in the right way (I’m not sure what that is, it’s not my job, but I hope someone in the organization does) people are not going to be happy.
